On 12/01/2023 I handed a Honda EM650Z generator in for service and possible repair (Job card: 4289). It was not used for a while and would not start. After numerous attendances when wanting to collect, they had excuse upon excuse and the machine still did not start. Finaly on 30/03/2023 I was told to collect and at first all seemed in order, the machine started and I was billed R1,945.80 for various service items and parts. Arriving at home all the fuel leaked out. I opened up the machine and it seems none of the parts charged for was replaced including parts like filters, spark plug etc. and the earth wire has been disconected. This has been the poorest form of workmanship and I have been ****** by this business. (Foto evidence available)
