After sales service
Jayden motors staff are very friendly and and helpful, but their after sales service is bad I have recently bought a car from them, they replaced the windscreen and when I removed the masking tape, the tape peeled some of the paint on the roof and they accused me of damaging the car and won't repay my cost for repairs done, be careful when buying or dealing with Jayden motors

They sold Cut and Joint Car/Bakkie, ignore the problem.
Jayden Motors Kempton Park. I bought the Nissan NP200 SAFETY PACK at Jayden Motors Kempton. When I buy the car Salesman Shaun said the car had an accident but damage was at the doors, well they were replace a re-paint, the he said everything Mechanical, gearbox are perfect no issues. Then I bought the car and I negotiated for discount since I was buying cash and finances issue aswell. Everything agreed on, I waited for the car paper for 6 hours . The car alignment was not good and I took it for alignment, we found the front right disc cracked/Broken I did sent the pictures updating them about front disc and the jack that they gave it to me it not working. They told me the car is already registered on my name is not their problem. I looked the car for Roadworthy at Dekra Montana, the car failed the test it was Cut and Joint car and doesn't qualify to be on the road has been Deregistered. I updated them immediately and I spoke to the Manager, she told me they can't refund me or replace the car, what they can do is to fix the car so that it can Pass Dekra Report, I ask how are you going to fix the cut and join car to Pass Dekra Report, then they started to ignore my communication with them and being rude to me as their client. When you start the car for long it overheating...so u can't do nothing. Since I bought it , parked and haven't used. I reported my Complaint at Miosa, NCC , now at GPDDED department. I hope I will win this case and GET MY REFUND, so that they can come fetch their Unroadworthy and Deregistered Bakkie as it filled the space in my yard. I other thing that makes me worry about this cases one of the Management told me that I'm just wasting my time because they have connections in this department. I saw on their email, they lie and lot about the communication with the client. I wish this case with GPDED goes smooth so that I can get my refund. After this case I have to open the Case with RTIA to find out how did the car passed the Roadworthy when they register it and where. I wish Government Department should do the inspections at this car dealerships like they do at the other shops etc. to see if their cars qualified to be re-sell. Warning about Jayden Motors, they claim that they care about their client, thats misleading and lies to the consumer's. AVOID that place, ****mers, and you will struggle to get your refund, since they have connections. Danger!!!
