Terrible service, no response, incorrect installment
Product installed incorrectly. Spoke to numerous people at the company about the problem, then they just hand me over for legal action for outstanding money. Product wasn't installed at all as promised, left me with problems that I had to get another contractor to fix. Even after phoning and explaining my problem again, all I was promised was that someone will phone me back, but once again nobody did - surprise surprise. Will not EVER recommend this company to anyone EVER.
