Jay Mart Furnitures

I bought couch at Jay Mart on the 14th of July 2023,and told me before i pay that the couch will take 8 to 10 days to be manufactured and will be delivered on the 28th July 2023,on the 28th it was on Friday i called them many times without getting hold of them, i wanted to check what time are they delivering so i can arrange for someone to be at home when they deliver, they didn't take my calls until on Monday the 31st i called again a guy with a name of Thabang answered my call and he told me that the couch will be delivered between the 1st August and 5th August, and i waited until the 5th and that time no is calling me and updating me about my order as i paid it in full on the 14th July 2023 when i went to their store, then i called again on the 5th the same guy with a name of Thabang said they are apologising they some challanges but my couch will be delivered on Tuesday the following week which was the 8th of August without failure he is busy with guys from the Warehouse now but the couch it will be delivered on the Tuesday he will make sure that was after i told them that i need my refund i dont want the couch anymore ill buy it somewhere else, and he promised, Tuesday they did not deliver Wednesday was holiday and i called again on Tuesday this guy again answered the phone after 30 mins i have been calling them, and he was apologising again😡😡that they couch will be delivered on Thursday the 10th of August, then the 10th there was no call, no whatsappp or any form of communication from them until i drove to thier store at Darras Centre Kensington, where i found the shop closed and there was a note on the window that the shop will be closed for 2 to 3 weeks and people can order online, i called them again there was no answer, So i would like to inform or warn the people of South Africa about the unprofessionalism, lies that they that company, till to today i haven't get the couch that i have paid in full and now i feel like i have been ****med by those people for Jay Mart, make your order knowing what you are putting yourself to, i am so disappointed and hurt because i thought i was supporting a black business and what did i get after that nothing but frustrated and being fooled after i have paid my money to them, their service is very bad if they even legit.
