Bunch of *********** ****s!!!

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company, especially as a return customer. I once order from Jay Mart in 2022 and never had issues, unless that's because we collected from the warehouse. My recent purchase was in 2023 June, where I purchased a dinning room suit and I was told to wait 30 days for the manufacturing process. I waited, but when the time for delivery came, 31 July 2023,thats when I started getting stories from different people. First it was Michael, then Thulani and Thabang. I don't even know if they all exist or they just change their names to keep up with their lies. Long story short, I had to fight and fight and also make threats about reporting them to the Police in order for them to deliver. When they had to deliver, in September now 2023,they only brought the chairs and no table. The chairs didn't have chair rings which was an added amount because it's an accessory. Today it is the 7th of November 2023 and I still haven't received my chair rings. Bunch of *********** people and ****s. They are full of empty promises. They will lie to you every second day. When I placed the order I paid in full, no questions asked even with the 30 day lead time, but now that they have to deliver they keep having stories. If you want value for money and to get your things delivered on time, just stay away from this business. They owe a lot of people money and deliver. Safe yourself from the stress, go to other reliable companies. If they want to survive in this industry, they better start delivering and taking their customers seriously. Take their employees to a client service course or something, hire more stuff to manufacture for you, having a back log can't be a 3 month period thing and lastly be professional. If possible train your employees to be honest and not LIE ALL THE TIME. I am so fed up with these people.
