Very unwelcoming and impatient

I went to do an exchange at Jay jays lakeside mall on Saturday the 12th of December 2015 to do an exchange or refund I was with my 4 years old son I got there went straight to the tills I asked for an exchange they took the packet and advice me to look for something else I went through their shop but then at the time my son was being naughty so I asked if I may just get a refund as now I needed to go but they mentioned they do not do refunds on exchanges and asked me to look further I though someone would assist since I has a situation with my son but no all they did was to state at me like an unfit parent so I eventually went to the tills and asked maybe I should just take accessories rather then as I was busy the cashier was being impatient as I was taking long because I had to still check for my son once done she mentioned to the other cashier that she's being irritated by my actions and that even with the accessories exchanged I'd complain as well I found that unpleasant all together and though just maybe one shouldn't be doing shopping at Jay jays with a children since the staff gets impatient.
