Telling customers to jump/ignoring them

I had the WORST experience today at Jay Jays Centurion Mall. Went shopping there with my daughter on Sat 8 Aug around 10:40. We could not reach an item on a top shelf so I walked to two sales ladies standing in the store. I walked right up to the first sales lady - who was chatting to her friends on the other side of the store. I said excuse me, hello, can you help me? Nothing. She ignored me flat out. I tried again, again she refused to even look at me. I was right in front of her!! Miraculously the lady next to her heard me and asked if she could assist. I said yes, I want help reaching an item on the top shelf. To my intense shock she told me that I should JUMP and tried to hug me!!! What the hell. I told her not to touch me, I'm a customer! Then when my daughter paid the item I confronted the lady who ignored me and she did not even apologize just stated she did not hear me. I was right in front of her! How could the lady next to her hear me? Jay Jays please teach your sales staff some CUSTOMER SERVICE because that store is seriously not seeing us ever again.
