Rude shop assistant

Was looking for a pair of pants that Jay Jays usually has. I usually frequent the Eastgate branch as it is closer to me. I walked into the store, greeted the shop assistant twice, no response. She continued with whatever she was doing, not paying any attention to me, after some time she looked up at me and said 'what!?' Very rude still. I then asked to speak to the manager about the situation. The shop assistance, proceeded her bad attitude, coming to interfere with the conversation I was having with store manager, still very rude in front of her manager making it seem as if I was dramatic about the complaining. As I walked out of the store, I saw her and her manager speaking about the ordeal, didn't seem care about the situation at hand. The shop assistant had long blonde braids, think her name is Petunia. Please, can this be resolved, I am not a person who likes to complain as I understand that it may be tiring to work in a shop the whole day. Having that said, I believe in respecting everyone around me and especially women. I make it a point to greet and be courteous to those that are helping me.
