Hairdresser #FAIL

The hairdresser my air bnb lady suggested to me really disappointed me this weekend! I called and booked with him when she sent me his number on last Thursday for sat 2:30 as the reason we were coming down for the weekend is for my friends wedding Sat at 4pm. Sat morning when I’m in Cape Town now it dawns on me that I dont know where this salon is. So I sms him to ask, by 10 I realize I haven’t had a response, so I call him. O he says I saw your message, explains to me it’s close to the post office in Campsbay and he will see me at 2:30.

I rush everyone we met so that I can go shower and be on time, I run there and imagine my surprise when I arrive to a locked salon at 2:25. I stand and wait seeing as I left my phone on charge in our bnb room.

After 10min I ask strangers walking by if I can please use their phone to call the number on the window. I call him, no answer. I call the other number and a man that sound like him answers. I explain, he says, ya, no they not coming back today..

So I give the strangers their phone back and leave, I’m so upset and disappointed that I just want to burst into tears..

Luckily my husband see’s all the emotion on my face when I get back tot he room with my sea swam tied up hair.

He quickly called Steven Allan hairdresser he saw when walking from check-in to our room. And shame they make a plan and squeeze me in immediately!

We ended up being a little late for my great friend's wedding because of this experience and I will never recommend Jaxon for a service in Camps Bay!
