So Disappointed

Karen from Jawitz brakpan was amazing when it came to clarification of certain rules and always available for my million questions...however, when it came to the refund of my deposit, it is such hell and it has been 25 days and still my deposit isn't out not to mention the millions of deductions. To find out that they are also putting the rent paid into a non-interest bearing account and only note it in the Lease. This is ******* and therefore would appreciate more information on it if anyone has. I doubt I would want to do business again with them. CJ Vogel, kindly explain why this is the case. So disappointed.
