The worst property agency to deal with in SA. I moved into an apartment in Oct 2020 and dealt with agent Lynnette Vandermaelen. In the beginning I complained about a number of issues and was told the landlord was not obligated to fix certain things. The final straw was when the shower started leaking and every time I complained about this the shower would only be repaired a month or 2 later, only for it to leak a few days later. Eventually I gave up and had to leave the shower as it was as the lease agreement was almost over so nothing was going to be done. Then at the end of the lease agreement, she notifies me that monies will be deducted for cleaning the carpet which I agreed with and when I received the deposit, It was short of more money. When I queried this, it was for repairs that I was not informed about and refuse to acknowledge as I maintain that those issues existed when I vacated the property. I refuse to take accountability for someone that does not do their job nor for a landlord that does not take pride in his property. To cut a long story short, never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of interest in my life. Good luck to you if you ever use this agency, specifically this branch!!!
