Jawbone lasts for 12 months only

I am not happy with the product or service received from Jawbone.<br> I personally know several people who have purchased Jawbone and has also stopped working before / around the one year mark. <br> It is ridiculous that we pay over R1500 for a product that lasts its warranty then breaks. <br> I have emailed jawbone support to be told that the product is out of warranty (by more or less 2 weeks) and that they will not replace it, but if you look at my product history you can see that it has not worked for a while!! <br> If you want a product to last more than 12 months DO NOT BUY JAWBONE!!!!!
