Shoddy Service from GM/CEO- JAVA COFFEE,STELLENBOSCH

Enjoyed a TERRIFIC breakfast...for the umpteenth time....whenever we meet in Stellenbosch , JAVA is on the menu...Great Food, GREAT Ambience, Nice People, Good Service in General...The deducted monies of my card twice(bill came to R600)..Despite proofs of the duplication,no reversal.. I am still waiting to be refunded two weeks later. Escalated to Yolandi- app the CEO/GM, ...hopeless case, she's totally clueless on giving the excellent JAVA experience the admin support it needs...In short, she engages in empty promises, no idea how to remedy the situation...doesn't even return (promised) calls...Shoddy,to say the least!!! Shame on you Yolandi, bringing a good business into disrepute the way you do with your amateurish approach...Kudos to the managers Kyle and Pieter for trying their utmost best to remedy the situation(as much as their hands were tied
