wedding band gone with company that got liquidated

I bought my Wedding band at jassat's jewellers in the gateway shopping mall in August 2015. I then wore it for a year and one of the diamonds fell off, so I went to repair it but the shop had closed down. I then located another branch in Durban in view city mall and handed it in for repairs, it was ready witnin two weeks with no cost. Happily I took it home and wore it for a month and the same diamond came loose and fell off again so I went to jassasts jewellers once again and said that it fell off and I need it replaced, I also reqeusted that they make my ring abit bigger which costed R350. The company called to enform Me that the ring was ready to be fetch, I was not available at the time so I went 2 weeks later to the mall and saw a sign on the glass door saying that they have been liquidated. Shocked that they did not inform me to come asap to pick up my ring becasue of this reason I was then very worried. We then asked the shops that was next to the jewellery store if they knew any number that we could contact they said tnat we could go to the lower ground level to the gaming arena and see Yusuf who is the jewellery owners son. So we went and spoke to him and he gave us a number to contact. I tried calling that number a few times but it never rang. I then phoned the arena to speak to yusuf a number of times but he was never in. After arguing with the guy that took my calls to give me his personal number, he finally gave it to me. I tried 100s of times to call yusuf but all it did was rang and never answered. Finally after 2 weeks of phoning numerous of times every single dayhe finally answered and said that he cant help me and he's going to try to get another number so that I can call. I still havnt heard from him for over 3 weeks. I try to call him every day but he never answers. Im really worried about my ring. I dont have it for 2-3 months.
