Worst place ever, don't rent or buy here. Jasper Hill Complex at midrand.
We moved into this complex last year with my wife and kids. This is the worst place one could ever stay in. Electricity switches off out of nowhere without any communication to tenants whatsoever. The kids park is so dead and very dangerous with broken swings and it's not even maintained its been like this since we moved in and we thought it was going to be fixed to no success. It's filled with empty old playing things which are not functional.
