STAY AWAY! Terrible Company

In 2019 , i got a phone call from one of the sales people in jasper consultants asking us if we would like to have a website done for our business, at the time we were looking at creating an online store for our business, i asked them if they could send someone out to have a meeting with our company with regards to doing our online store, Devian Wolmarens (sales person) came out to have a meeting with us.

we discussed what our company is requesting for them to do. Devian made promises that Jasper Consultants would be able to do as requested, he then informed us that the web developer would come out to our company and sit 3 to 4 days with us on building the online store ( i didn't think it would be possible for them to build our online store in that amount of time with us having over 170 products and there is functions that would need to be programmed onto the store for our clients to use on certain products. ) the developer came to us to start with the building the online store. We sat down before the developer pulled out his laptop to start and he was asking questions on the vision on the site that we would like to be built. as we were discussing what he would be required to do, he informed us that he is not able to do the certain functions that are required on the site ( note ) Devian was well aware of all of the terms and conditions aswell as the vision of what the site needed to be, he made empty promises and just wanted a quick sale and a commission fee . Jasper started to debt our bank account for the "monthly" fee of the website costs as we were going to use them as the service provider for the site. We didn't understand why they started with the debt as the site was not live, and not the site was not even developed. the website developer was not able to do the website for us and the day he came out to start with the 3 or 4 day build he left our premises after a few phone calls to the people at jasper finding out if they were able to do what was required by our side for the site, he told us that they would have to do a panel vote on if they are able to add the functions into the site. he left 30mins after being by us and having done no work on it, we basically had a meeting for 30mins to only find out he was not able to provide the service we required from jasper. after 2 weeks we did not hear back from jasper consultants and we decided to get another company to start with our online store, who i must say have done an amazing job excellent service just what our company was looking for. jasper is now holding our company domain to ransom as they will not release our company domain until we pay them a ridiculous fee for work they did not do.

if i can say anything about my experience with this company is never to do business with them, they are ********* people and they care more about taking money from the clients accounts than doing the actual work for the client. it seems like a money hungry company.
