Really bad service

I have been using them for several years, they were very good until about 2 years ago. Their service really stinks. They were handling my internet marketing. I have since cancelled. it took them several weeks to cancel after receiving notification to cancel. I now cancelled my hosting. And have sent several e mails asking for information so I can move to new service subscriber, I have yet to get a response. The request was sent more than a week agom.
