lack of service or no service at all

No work done on this website that we have already paid for ? The contract was signed in Feb 2020 way before the lockdown and we are paying for monthly hosting for what?.Very disappointed with this lack of service, totally unacceptable to pay for something in full & nothing at all has been done . emailed them twice & no response, I only found out that they had done no changes or upgrade on the website, because i checked the website, no correspondence form them whatsoever
