PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

If you're reading this , I hope you dont make the same mistake as we did.

My issue was with their Verulam branch based at 1032 old inanda road , Verulam. They took my exchangable cylinder and gave me one that is not Sabs approved I've tried filling the gas with other supplies they refused cause jason's gas bottles are ****...after been refused for my gas cylinder to be filled i called up jason's gas spoke to a lady who clearly was no help i informed her that no one wants to take they bottles cause its **** and she said that cant be right i went on explaining its not the 1st time i have had an issues with they cylinder she was of no help she put me On hold with out informing me they came back on and said why dont i come fill the gas back by them i told her they are too expensive and i have found a supplier that's much cheaper she then said she will call me back....after a few she called back and said they can drop the price Abit I then explained its still cheaper else where and i still want to know why they said the bottle is **** her answer is i dont know...I'm highly frustrated because no one wants to take they bottle so i asked her to return my original cylinder back she advised she cant cause its at they suppiler however she can pay me the deposit for the cylinder an amount of R389 For a 19kg when that's not even the price they sell they 9kg for...I advised she's wasting my time i want my cylinder that I gave them not the deposit she refused

Their services are pathetic and so are their staff , who clearly lacks any understanding what so ever.
