Absolute *******. I bought a 19kg gas cylinder from them that lasted 15 days. I then called them to query why and the receptionist was extremely rude but arranged for someone to come through. The guy that came through said that the cylinder was empty but was definitely full when delivered, and that we probably had a leak, insisting it was a leak on our new piping and that we should contact the installers because it’s not their issue. We then contacted our installers who came through and charged us a fee to look at our piping (in the process breaking our kitchen flooring to get to the underground pipes to check), they confirmed no leak and we purchased a new 19kg cylinder from them that works perfect, running on two months now. However, Jason’s Gas say they don’t owe us a penny… how ridiculous!
