Shocking and frustration service

Took fridge part to replace on refrigerator water/ice dispenser - said he would need to order as not in local stock - 3 months later not come back to me in spite of numerous attempts to contact both via wats app and telephonically - meanwhile water leaking down door leading to rust formation and wet floor.
