Paid subscription [URL Removed] not granted

I paid an amount of R695 to [URL Removed] for an annual subscription to their property site. Its now over 2 months after paying but no answer. <br> I have emailed [Email Removed] which was the email address that responded to my subscription request before the payment, but after paying the amount, no response from them.<br> After paying i sent them my proof of payment , but no response.
