Total proffessionalism and a pleasure

Jason Lucas Master Thatchers are busy re-thatching an area at my home. I am so impressed with the way they conduct themselves. The foreman arrives punctually in the morning with the team of thatchers. They start to work straight away, are so quiet and non invasive that you forget that they are there. They cover things that could get dusty. They even cover the plants which really impressed me, showing that they care about living things. The thatchers take such pride in what they are doing. Jason Lucas pops in at some point during the day to see that all is well. At the end of the day, they pack their tools etc away and clean up whatever mess they have made. It is like they had never been there. It is an absolute pleasure having them here. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing thatch done. It is so good to see that there are still companies out there with such high standards and such a great work ethic. Well done.
