Great store: poor staff

<p>Every month for the past 10 years, we drive 30 km to Jasmyn to buy our fruit and veg. It's a lovely drive and we love the variety and atmosphere. The establishment has invested so much with the recent renovations: just a pity it is tarnished by staff with a poor attitude. Today (04 March 2017 at 17h26) we had the misfortune of being served by Ildy (teller 6). Her attitude was appalling and it was purely due to the fact that I didn't want to make a scene and make other customers uncomfortable that I didn't confront her about the manner in which she addresses and speaks to customers. She really shouldn't be in a front line position where she deals with people as she lacks people s****s and basic etiquette and will single handedly do irrepairable damage to the reputation of such a successful enterprise. </p>
