Charging for something not taken

On saturday I went to buy fruit and vegetables from Jasmyn. After I got home I checked my till slip and I saw that I was charge for a watermelon which I did not have. It cost R29.95. Is this the way Jasmyn ****** their customers by adding something that was not purchased. People check your till slip b4 you leave.
