UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE RECEIVED!!!
The level of service received from this store is absurd. i have been to the store 7 times in total as my alternations were not done even though i had scheduled appointments.
My inner (plain crop top with sleeves) was messed up and not attached to my dress, however i was charged R 850.00 for sewing as i provided all the material. The Owner believes that because he gave me a discount on the dress he will not be discounting anything further. i did not request a discount on the inner however expected the Owner to have the decency not to charge me the full price in light of the fact that the staff messed it up so many times to the extent that it is still not attached to the dress. I had to come to the store for no reason on many occasions as they do not bother to call the client to reschedule.
One Saturday, i had a 9 am appointment, i was there 15 minutes early as a person would normally go early, however was told that the store only opens at 9 and i will then be let in. so why make a 9 am appointment, schedule your client for 09h15 so that they do not have to wait outside!!!!
Even though i requested the motives and bead work to be kept for me on numerous occasions as i was using this for my hijaab, i was told it was reattached to the dress. after performing with the staff i was given 5 motives back, however no bead work(still cannot understand how this was reattached to the dress)
When i went to the store on one of the many days, the staff showed me a whole bunch of extra material, however when i went to the store the next day i was given a small piece back. i also requested the extra lining to be returned to me. a piece of material was with the store to be washed, however it was not, when collected i realized that this is not my material. The staff continue to insist that it is my material. The consultant initially cut off a piece of the material in the store and gave it to me for my hijaab when you compare the two you can clearly see the difference.
i am extremely shocked at the poor level of service received from this store. a bride should not have to deal with this incompetency weeks before her wedding. i would not recommend this store to anyone!!
