Pathetic service from Jasmins bridal sales ladies and tailors

Pathetic service from the Jasmins Bridal Staff in Overport. From Shiasta to Geraldine. No assistance whatsoever from Jasmins bridal staff to resolve my issue with terrible service recieved from the tailors Sayed and Irfan. Both tailors ruined my bridal outfit and demanded I pay for the alterations after being very unhappy with the final look. Thereafter they had sent a voicenote to the jasmins bridal sales rep saying I did not need to pay and on the day of collection of my bridal outfit i was informed that i needed to pay for the alterations. They did not inform me in advance and I did not have cash on me. I paid with my card and paid an additional R20 for bank charges as they said the tailor do not accept card payment only cash. The staff also refused to give me the owners contact details to report the pathetic service. Absolute nightmare purchasing a bridal gown from Jasmins.
