I bought a wedding gown from the jasmins bridal shop and requested alterations. .. They never did a thing until I called again. Having called then they said they needed two more days.... I had to go to Pretoria by then and they had to do it without me. I asked for the dress and fitted it the week before the wedding and they messed up my dress. I sent it back immediately and wanted my money back and they refuse... They say when it left the store they no longer owed me anything. They did not do the alterations I tell you.... that is the worst experience... i had to get a new dress after their nonsense.
