I contacted Riaan via whatsaap on Friday the 21st to make an appointment for my 3 Yorkies. He let me let me know that he had booked me for 9 am Monday morning. On Sunday afternoon at about 15.30 he asked to please pay a deposit for petrol, which l did immediately. I sent him the proof of payment and he thanked me. The next morning he never arrived, at around 10.30 l contacted him and asked if he was till coming. He apologized saying his electricity was off the previous day and that his neibòurs had just got home and he was busy charging his phone so he could navigate but he would see me shortly, he also stated that my deposit was not reflecting yet to which l answerd it was only paid on Sunday afternoon and would proberly only reflect later that afternoon and he sounded happy.l contacted him again later that after noon and asked if he was still coming to which he rep**** or asked can we we please move the appointment to Tuesday which l agreed on. I asked him for a time and he only rep**** that evening say ING 13.30 to which l agreed. Tuesday came and l waited and waited, that evening l asked to please cancel my appointment and refund my deposit as he had now broken our agreement twice. Only on Wednesday af l asked him what was going on did he reply and said l will pay your deposit back today when l get a chance. Today the 27th of February l once again contacted him and he just said l did not work yesterday and l only have cash but l will pay it in. He is not at all reliable, does not communicate unless you initiate the communication. I most definitely would not recommend using him. The impression l get is that he won't çome out until he has your deposit, but then again he had my deposit and still never pitched. Maybe a ****er not sure but be careful whe dealing wit him dose not seem trust worthy
