Wedding of Horrors

My cousin had her wedding at this venue. I was the person who ran the programme throughout the day and the person whom the venue staff were to speak with should they have any problems. The owners 2 children were running the venue on this particular day and in my opinion they are both to young and to immature to handle such a big responsibility. By 7pm we had the son and daughter calling guests and the groom names, even though we tried to contact the parents to calm the situation down the daughter said she was not listening to what her mothers instruction was and she was going to do what she wanted and there was nothing we could do about it. She was extremely unprofessional and ruined the whole wedding for my cousin and they were upset that they chose and paid for a venue which besides having rude and unprofessional staff in charge (the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful) did not deliver on what they paid for.
