The employee is right
The star I selected above is not even deserved by these dogs. You think paying R5000 for a dress that will never be worn again from your dumb store requires you to treat a customer with respect. I care a dam if the flipping thing was on sale, I paid you my money its your ****ing job to service me. They will take your money happily without giving any information, if you dont know what needs to happen after buying the dress to bad. *firstly the dress is only a certain amount ****ing bull****.They will never tell you that your petticoat etc doesn't come with the dress and you will have to pay for that separately. *secondly they will never tell you that your fitting needs to be done on a week day for their convenience so that it doesn't get to busy so **** all those people that have jobs to go to everyday...I'll kindly inconvenience myself and take leave for you dogs to be comfortable. *thirdly you are not allowed to come into the store after requesting a week in advance to see your own dress ...because they dont normally allow that...you need to train your staff too sing one song even if all you do is sing **** to people atleast try and sing the same ****. Fouthly*Call in for your fitting...you need to call back with your invoice number....call back with your invoice,no you dont need a invoice number just come in, should I bring anything ....no nothing( no shoes ,no petticoat)...go into the store no you need your petticoat in order to do the fitting like ***. Lastly....your consultant convinced me to buy a dress and also advised me after trying it on that all alterations would be at R650,to which I asked again and she confirmed only R650...when I went in to do the fitting I was told a different story one to was never mentioned before. I was told to wait for the girl who told me this as she went to do shopping at sale at 9:20 on a friday morning. When she did arrived I confirmed what she had previously mentioned about the alteration when I first tried on the dress. To which she denied ever saying, luckily my mother in law was with me to comfirm hearing that she mentioned the alterations were R650. Which she denied again and said she would never say anything like that....funny two people's hearing can be wrong yet not the words of one person. When I requested a manager the nerve of *** was to say my manager is here and shes not gonna do anything about this and if you want to speak to my boss you have to come back when my boss is here...All the while her manager stood there and watch this *** be rude to me a customer...who **** did she think she was talking to she stood there looked me in the face and called me a lair...I ****ing paid for that dress I didnt take it for free...im the ****ing customer not you. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!!!! I've never a retail store calling their customers ***** or any company for that matter. It not about the R650 I needed alterations done to my dress so I would have paid it at the end.I would have paid more had the *** not been so rude .Again she could have apologized for the misunderstanding and told me how the costing on alterations works. Im letting someone do the alteration for 1500 which you could of had in your company ...but the employee is always right I guess.
