Bad service

On the 31st of December 2015 me and my husband we decided to go to a buffet restaurant in Nelspruit as we were there for a vacation, as we got to the place no one ushered us, we waited for about 10 minutes and as no one was attending to us, we approached on of the waiter's to assist us he just gave us an attitude and referred us to one of the waitresses by the name of Lerato, then the same Lerato didn't want to assist us as well, we asked for a manager then we got a very nice guy who works in the kitchen by the name of Michael, the guy apologised on their behalf and assisted us with a table, however the table was dirty with one fork and knife, he brought our drink accompanied by one of their barman his name is Thabo he was also good and made a bit of jokes, however Michael called the manager for us and he decided to assist other people who got there after us, their table was cleaned and they were assisted accordingly, as I watched all of that I called the manager and explained the situation and service we received he just gave me an attitude, as if he does not care about, I don't know if it was our skin colour as the place was white dominated, we felt discriminated.
