Convertors Refund

In October i purchased convertors (R60 000) from Jasco and they were supp**** to me, however when i delivered them they were not the correct size. The convertors were returned back the same day and i was assured that they will source the correct size. On the 27th October i was informed by Candice Kristiansen that they couldnt source them and they will refund me. The matter was then referred to Gerlene Afrika the Financial Office Admin. She requested my account details and when i followed up with the matter she informed me that she is waiting approval. I have been calling Gerlene everyday and leaving messages to call me but with no luck. Its been over 30 days since she is waiting approval. <br> <br> I need help as i am not getting any help from Gerlene<br> <br> Regards,<br> Lindi ***
