Hi I bought a jumpsuit at Jarem Trading Durban using a runner and when I recieved my stock it turns out the the jumpsuit had damages. So I took a picture of the damaged part and sent to them telling that the jumpsuit is faulty they said I should bring it to them. I then told them that im in Eastern Cape I sent a runner to buy stock for so they said I should send via courier and they will pay so last week Thursday I sent the parcel using Aramex courier and told them that they should expect the parcel, but they didn't inform me when they recieved the parcel I had to track the parcel to see whether it's delivered yet or not and found that they recieved the parcel and decided to keep quiet. So today I sent them a screen short of the courier . They said "they never saved my number" when I asked them if then what is the way forward ?they kept quiet until I promised to report them to hellopeter they told me that I should send the runner to collect the money and send it to me then I asked if will they pay the running fee they are refusing to pay the running fee so don't want to send my money because they are telling me that it's my runner's fault "why did she buy the damaged stuff" they then asked if how much do they have to pay me I told them. Then after playing all these hide and sick they told me to talk to their boss seemingly they don't want to refund me
