Worst, most UNPROFESSIONAL 'Driving School' EVER!!!

<p>My son had just turned 18 and i was adamant that he needed to get his Drivers license ASAP. While driving around the Florida area sometime after dropping him off at school I noticed a car with Driving school contact details so I signalled the guy that I was interested in acquiring his services. I contacted him about a month later to take my son to get his Learners License, he said that it would cost me R500 which included all the booking fees and the amount payable if my son passed the test. My son passed the test and when he approached Rafik, the man who I contacted for the lessons, he told my son that he didn't have money because he used the money to fix his car and that he must pay for the license and he'd pay him back, luckily my son had some money on him so he paid for the license at the office and Rafik refused to even acknowledge the fact that he had **** about the fees that I was quoted but I ignored that instance because I wanted my son to learn how to drive in a normal car and because it was much more cheaper than many other driver schools.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually contacted him to start driving lessons with my son and he told me that there was a 10 lesson package which costed R1500 which I paid for upfront. My son went for a few lessons and he told me that he was doing very well on the road but he also told me about instances where Rafik used to pick him up from Ho,e and then take him to his house so that he could take his wife and daughter to work which I found completely unacceptable so I contacted him and he apologised and told it wouldn't happen again, these instances took place at around 11am by the way. After I spoke to him the lessons were solely focuses on my sons driving which is what I wanted in the first place but as time went on Rafik started cancelling lessons and rescheduling them on account of his wife's health which I related to. After the ten lessons which I paid for was up Rafik phoned me and told me that my son needed 5 more lessons and an extra R700 for booking the license this came to R1450 which I paid him. My son went for three lessons and then went on to do the test which he eventually failed because the car kept on jerking and the car only moved when you played with the clutch which is my he failed.</p> <p>I received a call from my son after he failed the test and I asked to speak to Rafik to question him about the other lessons that I paid for and he told me that he told me that when I last spoke to him he told me about the three lessons and that the rest of the money was used to hire the car for my son on the day of the test. I never contacted him again but he still pesters my son to convince me to seek out his services again which will Never happen again.</p> <p> </p> <p>During those lessons my son also came to and told me about how Rafik used to talk to him about how he hated White people and how my son should think about white people and how they affect poor people which I refused to believe until one instance where Rafik met my husband and actually made these ****** remarks during a short discussion. My son also told me about how he used to slow down while driving to pass on comments and to whistle at the girls walking on the road during their lessons and how he used to talk to his other female learners on the phone calling them 'sweetheart', 'baby', 'darling' and 'lovey' which I took offence to. The thing that my son told me that finally made me stop him from having anymore lessons done with Rafik was when he told me that he only learned thing like parallel parking and alley docking the day of the test.</p>
