Great website, terrible service
I was impressed with the Jardine Flooring website and requested a quote. Shane called back the next day and we made an arrangement for him to come and look at the area I needed to service. He did not turn up as promised and when I phoned him he put the phone down without so much as an explanation. Thinking the call had been cut off I phoned back immediately however it just rang & went to voicemail. I have not heard from him since.

On returning your call on Friday AM to apologise that I had a personal issue which demanded my immediate attention, you remained disgruntled, impatient & uninterested with my valid reason.
Unfortunately business meetings get rescheduled on a regular basis for many different reasons.
Your Company, Imbriolo Design, required an Insurance Quote for water-damage to flooring.
Insurance Companies encourage Consumers to obtain 3 quotes from Companies like mine, at our expense, petrol & time, to ensure their Appointed Contactors are not overcharging them.
Please direct your frustration to your Insurance Company.
