Horrible holiday experience. Paid lots of money for holiday only to be stuck in the Admin area, doing administrative work that was failed from their side. We did not disembark to the island, poor reasons were given, again incompetence from their poor planning that led the guests to disembark late than the stipulated set time.

Black guests get poor treatment, admin receptionist were horrible especially Thandaza and Christopher, they look down on black guests. I Do not encourage people to take this cruises they are not worth of any penny we work hard for
