Japtrix Auto/ Kiran Ramdhani

My experience with Kiran owner of Japtrix Auto was one of the worst I have ever had with any automotive service. What should have been a simple dent repair turned into weeks of delays, zero accountability, and completely unacceptable workmanship. They got the colour wrong three separate times, and even after all the delays, the job was still not done correctly. When I finally collected my vehicle, it was handed back to me filthy inside and out a clear sign of the lack of professionalism in this workshop.

Although I did request a service, what followed was shocking. They damaged the water return pipe, glued it instead of fixing it properly, and **** about it. As a result, my car began overheating after less than 2km of driving, a serious risk that could have caused significant engine damage. This level of dishonesty and negligence is dangerous.

To make matters worse, they drove my vehicle for over 40 km without my permission, which is a blatant violation of trust. The owner also posted photos of my vehicle on social media without my consent, which is both unprofessional and a breach of privacy.

Throughout this entire ordeal, the owner’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and completely devoid of integrity. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no respect shown. It is no surprise that they are now going to operate under a new name.

I strongly warn anyone considering Japtrix Auto: avoid them. Based on my experience, they are unprofessional, dishonest, and careless and dealing with them may cost you far more than you expect
