Bad customer service and workmanship

I'm waiting over 3 months for my 2 cars to be completed. The first car is paid for in full upfront, the second car was also almost paid up, just a small balance. Kiran has never given me an update in 3 months, I always contact him and he responds with false promises. He reads my messages but does not responded which is extremely unprofessional. I went and saw the first car and there were so many faults, it was a rushed job. The second car is barely started and they have smashed my bonnet. This is unacceptable service and unacceptable treatment of customers. The workmanship is unacceptable. It was a big mistake to trust him with my cars, Kiran gets very aggressive when you try to speak to him and defends his lies at all costs.
