Terrible Service

Worst experience of my life!!! Got quoted R4500 for a door, Shakoor was VERY eager to get my deposit which I paid, on the day of delivery there was a problem with his car. He promised the door to be delivered and installed by the following morning at 9am. 9am the next day no show, then called he said he was running late and would arrive by 12pm, still no show but called him and promised that my door would be delivered within 2 hours. Then his phone was off the entire day. That evening received a message from his wife who said he never had transportation, which is not my problem at all as my builder even offered to collect the door himself! A few minutes later she messaged to say he actually under quoted for the door. After everything we received an Incomplete door with NO windows or handles. I would NOT recommend this man at all. Lies and Empty promises! Do not waste your time or your money. I did not get one sorry and still a rude message from his wife! They have no customer ethic at all and shouldn’t be allowed to even deal with the public!
