Dissatisfaction

Sometime in March,I went to Japie van Zyl attoneys' offices and with the matter that was before treated as a pro bono, which was held by Velile Tinto and associates. Jappie Van Zyl the director of Jappie Van Zyl attorneys law firm eventually agreed to handle the matter on contingency basis now later then changed and talked about costs(courier and correspondence etc) we did not agree upon,a written contract was not even signed according to the contingency fee act there has to be a written contract.There was no formality whatsoever,they were supposed to explain to me the details of the contract,so that I know what I am getting myself into.

As the case went on they(Jappie Van Zyl attorneys) didn't follow what I instructed them,the attorney who was responsible for my case was Francois Venter. They wanted me to deposit money for a correspondent which was a surprise to me.When I called the director(Jappie Van ZyI) he told me that I go wherever I want to go to report him arrogantly I decided to pull out as I felt that they were jeopardizing the case,there is whole lot more. I even went and spoke to him.Now I am still waiting for them to pay me back my money,it's been a while ,they are refusing to pay it back and saying that ,there are some costs they have to cover first.
