Paid Subscription and no product!

I ordered a subscription box from this website 28 July 2022, and I still have not received my product - its going on two months now. After a month, they reshipped a new product with no ability for me to track it and they refuse to refund me, which say they will only do if the second package does not get delivered. I will never trust this company again.
