In August 2020 I took a Rent to Buy 2006 Mercedez a 180 CDi from a Dealership in Rustenburg.I did not have the Opputunity to drive the Car as I was told they went put of their way to help me with a Car. After Inspecting the Car at Home I noticed a lot of Faults.I took the Car back and was told that they will fix it. 1.The Headlights Visibility was very Poor. 2.The License Disc has expired. 3.The Boot could not Lock and the Left Rear Door aswell. 4.There was also no Spare Wheel(Tyre). I took the Car back several times and I was told that the Insurance must fix it. I had to pay for the License myself and I also had to the fix the Faults myself which cost me a lot of Money. December 2020 the Key was Faulty and the Insurance did not pay out the Claim.It then cost me R 5000,00 to get it fixed. February 2021 the Car left me 2 times on the side of the Road.It was Towed and I had go pay for the Repairs myself. The Car broke down again the 29th of April and it was Towed to Klerksdorp.It stood for a month and the Insurance only paid R 3000,00 and I had to pay R 5000,00 to get the Car back. The Car is still Faulty and now I have to pay for a Car that is not Driveble 90 % of the Time. The Dealership have sold me a Car that is a piece of ****!!!!I went to he Dealership to make a Trade Inn,I was told that the Settlement is too High to help me with a Trade Inn. I am thinking of Cancelling the Contract as this Car is making my Liefe Hell!!!!!! I have to Rely on other People now to get Transport and this is an EMBARRESSMENT!!! R 6500,00 is a lot of money to PAY for a Car that is NOT DRIVEABLE and is of no Use to me!!!
