Jannie's Removals - Bad service

In December we utilised Jannie's Removals (Brackenhurst, Alberton) - it is so sad that people feel the need to be dishonest. An entire box of tools went missing, some of the items belong to a Contractor which will have to purchased out of my expenses to replace as well as a washing basket full of items. The Company will not take responsibility nor compensate, their message was that they checked the truck when it was off loaded and it was empty. Today, I discovered another item that was not delivered. It really amazes me that there are companies crying for business but do not ensure that their staff are trustworthy. Such a disappointment.
