WORSE SERVICE!!!!!!

Dear All I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent experience I had at your shop on Friday when I went in for a wheel replacement.

Unfortunately, while replacing my wheel, your team broke off one of the nuts. I was informed that this is not a significant issue, but I feel quite uncomfortable leaving the shop with only three nuts, especially as a female single mom. It raised my concerns about safety, particularly since it was a busy Friday. Could you please address this issue? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to rectify the situation.
