Most Unprofessional Business EVER
The absolute worst ever to use. I ordered 2 rollup garage doors to be fitted/installed with 2 motors back in May 2026. When Jacques arrived with the doors and motors, the way the doors were transported they were already dented in certain places. When they were busy with the installation of the one door they cut the rubber that seals the door, I demanded that it be replaced and then already Jacques was up in arms about it even though they caused the damage to the rubber and even the garage doors themselves which i let be at the time. After the installation was done the one motor was not functioning properly and again despite all the messages and phone calls to come and set the motor properly i was absolutely ignored that i had to resort to paying a more professional business to come out and assist to which it then functioned properly. Now a near 3 months down the line the one motor is not working properly and when i contacted him now 11/08/2026 i got ignored, i then tried again on the 12/08/2026 to which he rep**** with VERY abrupt and rude message followed by his not interested at all to come attend to the motor despite it still being under warranty. Jacques is the most unprofessional businessman i have ever dealt with, have no people skills and definitely does not know how to communicate with clients and absolutely refuses to attend to faults through his installations and refuses to carry out warranties on parts. I would without a doubt stay clear of this business and even more so from Jacques whom is the owner and a supposable businessman!
