Non compliance with refund

on 18.01.2014 i received my learners then i went and outsourced and booked with Janes Driving school upon booking with Janes driving school i paid them in advance for car hire (R650) I was appointed a driving instructor to give me lessons who suddenly resigned , and i don't find myself comfortable with any other instructor and therefore opted to no longer use their services . i now contacted the driving school and asked to be refunded my car hire money has i no longer require their services . The owner Jane Aniruth refuses to refund my car hire money has she says its over a year , i never expected change my driving school or instructor . all i require is my car hire money which is due to me by them , being a student fiance is quite hard at the moment and both my parents are unemployed . i do not wish to continue with this driving school has i am uncomfortable taking lessons with them .
