Disgusting service

Since I purchased pallet of cements on the 16th of October 2024 and 10l Plaster key which took over 4 weeks for delivery.. Just when I thought my delivery arrive, there's no plaster key included. To my surprise nobody's says anything regarding the shortfall. Been on calls trying to understand what's really happening as no one says anything. I am been told that We have been out of stock for quite some time now but there's still not refunding me. I mean how can you send cements without plaster key, then expect me to just wait for Jesus to come 🤔. It's pointless to have cements as it needs this plaster key for work. It's now 7 weeks since without any update from the supplier. I even called head office last week and still no feedback, neither my refund. I called the shop again yesterday that they must refund my funds back to the card and I am been told to come to the store, I mean really 🤔 I told them not to bull**** me as I can't travel all the way for some mess that was created by them and expect me to run around on own cost for this. All I want is my money so to leave your disgusting business alone. You seriously ride your clients for fool. And this is not the first time doing this. You don't sell something you don't have on stock, allow me to have options. I mean this is just plaster key that I can buy in any hardware. I expect my money by end of business Nonsense 😥
