Tattoo skill issue and poor customer service

Everything went well until my tattoos started healing and it's been 7 months and I still have raised lines = scarring. I have over 6 tattoos and never had this issue. The response I received was combative and justifying the healing process I've experienced since I was 14. I'm gutted with these permanent monstrosities on my body. They truly do not care.
