Poor Service

Really poor service!!! We waited almost 2 hours for our food and when it finally came it was cold. The waiter didn't come to check on us once. We had to go to the manager on the end which was not helpful at all. We had to endure overloud music blasting so hard you can't have a conversation. We ended up leaving without eating. Very bad experience! I posted on their Facebook page what my new experience was like and my post was simply deleted no apology at all.
